Barron Trump is listed as a director of SOLLOS Yerba Mate Inc., a new ready-to-drink yerba mate beverage company preparing to launch in May 2026.
The company, incorporated in Florida in December 2025, plans to debut with pineapple- and coconut-flavored 12-packs. Its website currently displays only the company logo with the text “On the horizon…” and an option for visitors to submit their email address for launch updates.

According to Florida Division of Corporations records, Barron Trump is one of five directors of SOLLOS Yerba Mate Inc.. The other directors are Spencer Bernstein (chairman), Stephen Hall (vice president), Rodolfo Castello, and Valentino Gomez. Bernstein and Hall are former high school classmates of Barron Trump at Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The startup has raised $1 million from private investors, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
On its Instagram account, SOLLOS has posted promotional videos describing the drink as “the perfect summer drink” and stating a launch in May 2026. The company’s LinkedIn page says it aims to capture the “vibrant lifestyle of South Florida.”
Yerba mate is a traditional South American herbal tea known for its natural caffeine content and is often positioned as a smoother alternative to coffee or conventional energy drinks.
Barron Trump, 20, is currently a sophomore at New York University’s Stern School of Business. The launch of SOLLOS represents one of his first independent business ventures. He is also involved in the cryptocurrency project World Liberty Financial alongside his father and brothers.
The global energy drink and functional beverage market was valued at approximately $85–90 billion in 2025 and is projected to grow significantly in the coming years.
SOLLOS Yerba Mate has not yet announced pricing or exact distribution plans for its May 2026 launch.
